近年来,随着经济社会的持续快速发展和国民生活水平的稳步提升,汽车已逐渐进入普通百姓的生活,我国的汽车拥有量不断增加,许多城市出现了停车难和交通道路堵塞的现象。为了应对停车紧张的局面,很多地方停车场建设规模增大,许多大中型的停车场不断涌现。而传统停车场主要通过人工管理,随着停车场面积增大,车位数量增多,不仅需要增加停车场管理人员,而且客户停车、取车时很难快速找到停车位置,无法保证停车场的效率,管理难度与日俱增,同时,有些空缺车位不容易找到,导致车位没有有效利用,造成了资源浪费。所以,如何提高停车场的车位利用率及停车效率已经成为新型停车场建设所必须解决的问题。本方案主要采用对停车场管理系统进行智能化方案设计并利用先进的图像采集系统对停车场来往车辆进行车牌识别,再利用信息记录系统对车辆的车牌信息、停车时刻、停车时长和停车位置进行管理登记,采用超声波车位检测系统对停车场的车位进行检测,增设定位终端系统对车位的车牌信息进行提取。根据信息记录系统的信息、超声波定位系统的检测信息和定位终端的提取信息确定停车场的车位空缺情况及车位所停车辆的车牌等信息。
