Description

Implement function ToLowerCase() that has a string parameter str, and returns the same string in lowercase.

Example 1:

Input: "Hello"
Output: "hello"

Example 2:

Input: "here"
Output: "here"

Example 3:

Input: "LOVELY"
Output: "lovely"

分析

题目的意思是：把字符串里面的大写字母转换为小写，这道题是想考怎么实现这个过程，过程也很简单，用ascii码，然后大写字母和小写字母相差32，如果知道这些就很好实现了。
