方法一

按 “Windows 徽标键+X”，启动 “Windows PowerShell (管理员)”，执行以下命令：
reg add “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender” /v “DisableAntiSpyware” /d 1 /t REG_DWORD /f
执行完毕后重启设备，再次启动 Windows PowerShell (管理员)，执行以下命令：
reg add “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender” /v “DisableAntiSpyware” /d 0 /t REG_DWORD /f
执行完毕后第二次重启设备，看一下 Windows 安全中心能否恢复正常。

方法二

1.新建一个txt，复制以下代码

"Start"=dword:00000002

2.保存,将文本的后缀 .txt 修改为 .reg并双击运行；
3.重启电脑，再打开windows安全中心就可看到被隐藏的管理设置模块回来了。
