IDEA工程找不到settings.xml文件：The specified user settings file does not exist: E:\apache-m

[ERROR] Error executing Maven. [ERROR] The specified user settings file does not exist:

E:\apache-maven-3.3.9\conf\settings.xml

问题原因，找不到xml文件，打开idea的系统设置，

配置正确 maven 的xml文件 就可以正常启动了
