About Python 2.X, we can use the method as below:

import sys

reload(sys)

sys.setdefaultencoding("utf-8")

about <= Python 3.3 ,we can use the method as below:

import  imp

imp.reload(sys)

Be careful :
1. Python 3 And Python 2 Yes It's a big difference , among Python 3 By default, the system uses utf-8 code .
2. therefore , For the use of Python 3 The situation of , There is no need to sys.setdefaultencoding("utf-8") This code .
3. most important of all ,Python 3 Of sys It's in the library No, setdefaultencoding() Function .
