圆实际元素材料偏移选项有两个:

(1)材料偏移到理论元素:

该操作是在选取理论元素后,将自动测量时的深度自动返回,使得实际元素和理论元素在同一平面内。这样会消除孔方向误差,这个误差是不显示的,因为已经投影到理论高度;

①选取理论圆,自动产生测量点设置好测量圆的接近距离,回退距离以及深度,然后自动产生测量点,测量圆。

选择该工具条,在数模上直接选取圆后,软件会自动运行测量该圆,并记录DMIS程序。

CONST/CIRCLE,F(CIR 1),PROJCT,FA(CIR1),F(CIR1)

在选取元素工具条为“选择理论元素”(需要有理论元素存在)时,可在图形浏览区,在元素上右键点击选择测量,可以更直观的实现元素测量。

(2)圆实际材料偏移

该实际元素的偏移值可以是正数,也可以是负数,按理论点的向量方向偏移。该操作,可以记录DMIS程序。

该操作是将实际元素做材料偏移,设置好实际偏移值后,右键产生测量点会自动将实际元素进行偏移,并记录DMIS程序。

一般测量方式与圆偏移的不同如下

①选取一定深度再自动测量:

这个方法在深度方向会加入微小的机器误差进来,因为测量的时候要求打到理论深度,但是实际测量中是不可能完全打在理论位置的;

②向量创建测量:

这个方法也会消除深度方向误差,只是实际圆是投影在实际测出来的向量面上的,这个方法显示的高度方向的误差是实际工件的误差,向量创建在薄壁件,冲压件的测量中经常使用。
