一、简介
ResNet在2015年微软实验室提出,斩获当年ImageNet竞赛中分类任务第一名,目标检测第一名。获得COCO数据集中目标检测第一名,图像分割第一名。
Deep Residual Learning for Image Recognition
网络亮点:
- 超深的网络结构(突破1000层)
- 提出residual模块
- 使用Batch Normalization加速训练(丢弃dropout)
问题:
- 梯度消失或梯度爆炸
- 梯度消失:乘以小于1的系数越多,就越趋近于0
- 梯度爆炸:每一层梯度是大于1的数,每经过一层都需要乘以大于1的数,梯度越来越大
- 解决:标准化处理 BN、权重初始化
- 退化问题(degradation problem)
- 残差结构解决退化问题

三、Batch Normalization
google在2015年提出
首先图像预处理preprocessing → 调整feature map 满足均值为0,方差为1的分布规律
一批数据所有数据均值、方差
使用BN需注意问题:
- 训练时要将training参数设置为True,验证时讲training参数设置为False,在pytorch中可通过创建模型的model.train()和model.eval()方法控制(因为训练时需要使用历史统计的方差)
- batch_size尽可能设置大,设置较小表现很差,设置的越大求得均值和方差越接近整个训练集的均值和方差
- 建议讲bn放在卷积层conv和激活层relu之间,且卷积层不要使用偏置bias
均值μ、方差σ^2 在正向传播过程中统计得到;γ β在反向传播过程中训练得到
四、迁移学习
优势:
- 能够快速训练出一个理想的结果,大大减少训练时间
- 当数据集较小时,也能训练出理想的效果
注意:使用别人预训练模型参数时,要注意别人的预处理方式
迁移学习举例:conv1--识别角点信息 → conv2--识别纹理信息 (浅层网络) → ...... → convN 识别眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴 → dense 分别汽车、猫、狗等
浅层网络参数 迁移到 新的模型中
常见迁移学习方式:
- 载入权重后训练所有参数
- 载入权重后只训练最后几层参数
- 载入权重后在原网络基础上再添加一层全连接层,仅训练最后一个全连接层(最后一层无法载入预训练模型参数)
硬件参数受到限制用2、3,不受限用1
五、ResNeXt
更新了block,使用组卷积
Group Convolution组卷积 concat拼接
当组数g=Cin, n=Cin,此时就是DW Conv ,相当于对输入特征矩阵每一个channel分配了一个channel为1的卷积核进行卷积
