写这个的目的主要是年纪大了，老是记不住命令行，索性整理下来，忘了就不用满世界找了。

和channels有关的命令

• 查看已经添加的channels

conda config --get channels

• 增加channels

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/
#这里好像清华的镜像不能用了，不知道现在好了没有

• 有时候会抽风出现 Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve.
  解决办法

conda config --set channel_priority flexible

和环境有关的命令

• 创建新环境

conda create -n py2 python=2.7
conda create -n py3 python=3.7

• 删除某个环境

conda remove -n py2 --all

• 列举当前所有环境

conda env list

• 进入某个环境

conda activate py2

• 退出某个环境

conda deactivate

• 查看某个环境安装了哪些包

conda list

关于包的安装和卸载

• 查找有没有某个包

conda search trinity   #这个挺慢的

• 安装某个版本的包

conda install trinity=2.8.4

• 卸载某个指定的包

conda uninstall trinity
