windows安装pycocotools

windows环境下安装pycocotools用：

　　pip install pycocotools

是无法安装成功的。

需到​​https://github.com/philferriere/cocoapi​​下载源码，解压后切换到源码的PythonAPI目录，执行：

python setup.py build_ext --inplace

python setup.py build_ext install

安装成功。
