在我们使用三坐标测量钣金件和冲压件的过程中,常常会遇到某一排孔位整体出现偏差,而导致测量程序无法自动运行下去,只能手动操作去检测。然而出现孔位偏差对于钣金件和冲压件来说又比较常见,那么我们该如何实现钣金件的高效检测呢。通过分析孔位发生偏差的特点,我们发现对于那整体偏向一个方向且偏差值比较接近的孔组我们可以通过相对测量来解决。
A、B、C、D四个孔的位置因冲压时装夹偏差导致整体向上偏移了3mm。
