测斜面没有什么特殊要求,只要测点不打滑,测杆不与零件干涉,点的分布大一点就可以了。手动测量完后,最好执行程序再测一次。
用不着旋转坐标系,只要先测量一下斜平面,在投影平面后面拖放实测平面作为投影平面,就可以测量斜孔了。这就是以这个斜面为工作平面的元素。前面那个下拉菜单中选择的是坐标平面。后面这个“工作平面”的菜单比前面的坐标平面优先。
在进行斜孔测量时,要注意选择测头角度,避免测针与零件干涉。
测点的矢量方向与测针方向是两回事,无论测杆的方向是哪里,只要是测点过程中测杆不与零件干涉就可以。当手动测量生成程序后,自动再测量一次其测点的矢量方向都是法向方向。其误差只是零件表面误差和测量机的重复误差。
固定式测头与旋转测座测量斜面是一回事,选择适当的测针角度即可,不要求测针方向一定垂直于斜面。
